For a user, signing up for an activity is a simple process. They navigate to the activity page, select the sign-up option, and fill in the required details.

To improve the experience for returning users, ActiCal supports automatic prefilling of information based on previous sign ups.

For paid activities, the user can also pay for their participation when signing up.

As an administrator, you have control over the information you collect during registration. This is managed through the Calendar settings and can be tailored for each specific activity.

Additional Fields: You can add custom fields to the standard sign-up form to gather any data relevant to your activity.

Required Fields: You can ensure you get essential information by marking specific fields as required. A participant will not be able to complete their sign-up without filling in these mandatory fields.

ActiCal distinguishes between organizers and participants to ensure a clear separation of functions:

  • Organizer: A role for individuals with responsibilities within activities.
  • Participant: A role for individuals wanting to participate in activities.

For activity roles that require payment, ActiCal’s sign-up process can be integrated with our payment handling system using modern payment methods such as Swish, Apple Pay, Google Pay or any credit card. This allows participants to complete their registration and payment in a single process.
