The Usage page shows the activity counted for your calendar during the current month.
Where the numbers come from
ActiCal records billable activity as it happens and updates the totals shown on the Usage page. The figures reflect the current month to date.
Why the numbers may lag slightly
There is a short processing delay – typically around one minute – between an activity being recorded and the updated total appearing on the Usage page.
If you have just performed an action that should affect your usage and don’t see it reflected yet, wait a minute or so and refresh the page.
Good to know
- Figures cover the current month only and reset when a new month starts.
- The values shown are an up-to-date estimate, not a final invoice.
- If usage data fails to load, wait a moment and try again.
